OVER 99.2% PFOS & PFOA REDUCTION.
The filter used in VELAQ achieved greater than 99.2% reduction of PFOS and PFOA throughout a 200-litre operating-life test.
Testing was conducted by SGS, with challenge testing referencing NSF/ANSI 53:2022 and analysis using US EPA Method 537.1.
02 — THE CONSTRUCTION
BUILT AROUND THE FILTER.
The VELAQ system integrates a replaceable filter cartridge, secure food-grade housing and direct internal straw pathway into one compact assembly.
The housing secures the cartridge and directs water through the filter media before it flows through the straw to the mouthpiece.
Filter → Housing → Straw → Sip.
03 — THE TECHNOLOGY
FILTRATION THROUGH ADSORPTION.
Activated charcoal contains a highly porous internal structure with a large available surface area. As water passes through the media, selected substances are retained on its surface through adsorption.
Every sip draws water through the filter before it reaches the mouthpiece—integrating filtration directly into the way you drink.
Water in. Filtered through. Better taste out.
