ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there has been a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, unauthorised payment, stock issue or other reasonable cause.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

VELAQ offers eligible customers a 7 day change of mind return period, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.

For hygiene reasons, bottles that have been filled or used and filters or filtration components that have been opened or used cannot be returned for change of mind.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
